Mission

Responsibilities

- Own regional delivery health: timelines, quality and standards.
- Allocate people to projects and resolve capacity conflicts.
- Coach and develop Tech Leaders; close regional skill gaps.
- Support presales with estimation, staffing feasibility and risk.
- Roll out global best practices and standards within the region.
