DXP Team Structure

This site is the definition and documentation space for the structure of the DXP (Digital Experience Platform) technical team: role definitions, org chart, skill/technology roadmaps, the technology stack, career paths, and evaluation criteria.

Language policy

Discussion and brainstorming that lead to a document may happen in Spanish or English. Every committed document and diagram must be written in English.

• roadmaps/ — skill/technology roadmaps per track, in the style of roadmap.sh.
• technologies/ — the technology stack used by the team.
• career-paths/ — progression levels and criteria to advance, per track.
• evaluation-criteria/ — evaluation rubrics per role/level.
