Mission

Act as the region’s technical authority — design robust solutions and define the standards and best practices that operational teams in the region build on.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for key accounts and projects.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns and best practices for the region.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to Tech Leaders and Tech Managers.
• Support presales with solution design and technical feasibility.
• Evaluate and pilot new technologies with the Tech Director.
• Review high-risk, high-impact technical decisions within the region.
